She does love me!

My headache's all better. It was the weirdest thing. At about nine o'clock last night, L'Ailee and I cuddled up on the couch. Then we fell asleep until about 2 am. (Does that explain all the really late night/early morning posts, Blogger friends? I had actually meant to turn the computer OFF!) We hadn't actually rested in a while--I guess we were overdue. Of course, actually putting the pills in my mouth helped, too. I even made us some tacos last night! (And I mean this in the actual food sense.)

Last week, when I came home from Samhain, I found that L'Ailee had not gone to the store. We went to the store Monday night--yes, among all the people out helling. The best part was when she decided she wanted to taste a fresh cranberry. She didn't know what those tasted like. She's one of those people who believes it's her right to "sample" as much fruit as she can while she shops. She was cured of both of those problems (at least temporarily) in one bite!!!

But today, she went out for me. All by herself. It was her idea and everything. I hoped she'd bring back something decent, but decided I would just give her suggestions like she asked for and trust her. And you know what? She brought back just about everything we needed, and some extra treats for me! These little packs of cheese and crackers, put together like Lunchables, plus 100-Calorie Packs (I love those things) of peanut butter cookie crisps, just because she thought I would like them! I do. In fact, a few cut-up vegetables combined with those things equal lunches for the week.

I just about always want to kiss her, but she really got kissed up on when I saw that. I love it when she buys things just because she thinks I'd want them, and gets it right. I do the same for her sometimes.

Speaking of reasons to appreciate what I've got, I found a really hilarious website--actually, was shown it on the Message Board of Love:

PatheticPersonals.com!

Verily, I am blessed. :-)

Even if Dr. Ruth does think that I don't exist and am a lousy candidate for a relationship anyhow.

(See what I mean here--and say hi to "GreenEyedLilo"!)

I told ya you were loved! Listen to your elders, dammit. We're always right, except when we're wrong.
OMG I just spilled a full glass of wine all over this keyboard. What didn't spill on the floor is being lapped up by the PUGLETS...........

Have a lovely afternoon while I clean up this mess!

So lovely when it all works. Who indeed cares what Dr. Ruth thinks. Does she think?
