Blue really is an appetite suppressant!

I'm sure we've all heard that the color blue's supposed to be an appetite suppressant. This page explains it.

As an example of what blue and black do to the appetite, the author showed this sushi.

And it really does work on me! It worked even better when the author mentioned that the pink is....SPAM!!!

Y'all can thank me for helping you with your diets in any way you please... ;-)

It actually looks like Cookie Monster gone through a meat grinder with his tongue intact. Gross I know, but that's what I thought of.

I hope you are well, Cracker. One day we need to get together for coffee or a drink. After all, we both live in the same wonderful city.

Much love,

Jon-Marc

I thought they looked like Rice Krispy Treats, too! Well, either that or Smurf food. ;)

I'm with Blogzie on this - Good God - I wouldn’t want to eat those no matter what color they were! Though I must say - lunch is looking less and less attractive, at the moment - so I'm guessing the theory works. Ever heard George Carlin's riff on blue food?

It's true about blue.

I just can't eat pancakes with blue food colouring in them. Or green. Or pink actually. (It was at a daycare).

And I also went to a birthday party for the elderly father of a friend. Inexplicably all the bread for the sandwiches was dyed blue. What's with that?

Dye food blue as a weight loss tactic? Hmm, well, it's cheaper than Jenny Craig. LOL
